AAP Invoice Attach — Privacy Policy Effective October 22, 2026

AAP Invoice Attach (the "App") is a private, internal tool built and used only by All American Paint, 9188 Main Street, Houma, LA 70363 ("we," "us"). It connects only to All American Paint's own QuickBooks Online company. It is not offered, sold or made available to any other business or to the public.

What the App does. When a signed copy of one of our invoices is scanned, the App finds the matching invoice in our QuickBooks Online company by its invoice number. It checks that the invoice is open and has no attachment yet, and then attaches the scanned PDF so it is included when we email the invoice to our customer.

Information the App accesses. Through the QuickBooks Online Accounting API, the App reads invoice numbers, invoice IDs, customer names, invoice balances and existing attachment records. It uploads the scanned invoice PDF. It does not access bank accounts, payment card data, payroll or any other QuickBooks data beyond what is needed for this task.

Information the App stores. The App keeps a log file on our own office computer. The log lists each invoice processed (invoice number, customer name, balance, QuickBooks ID, file name, date and result). The App also stores the connection credentials QuickBooks issues to it, on the same computer. We do not sell, rent or share this information with anyone. It is not used for advertising, analytics or any purpose other than attaching invoice copies.

Who can see it. Only authorized All American Paint staff, on our own systems.

Security. The App runs on a company-controlled computer, connects to QuickBooks only over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and uses QuickBooks' standard OAuth 2.0 authorization. It never asks for or stores QuickBooks passwords.

Disconnecting. The App can be disconnected at any time from QuickBooks Online (Settings → Apps / Manage your apps). When it is disconnected, its stored credentials no longer work and we delete them.
