AAP Invoice Attach — End-User License Agreement Effective October 22, 2026

Who may use it. AAP Invoice Attach (the "App") is proprietary software of All American Paint. Use is limited to All American Paint and its authorized employees, solely with All American Paint's own QuickBooks Online company. No license is granted to any other person or business.

Purpose. The App is licensed only for attaching scanned copies of All American Paint invoices to the matching invoices in QuickBooks Online.

No distribution. The App may not be copied, sold, sublicensed or provided to third parties.

QuickBooks. Use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit's own terms. The App is not made, endorsed or supported by Intuit.

No warranty. The App is provided "as is." Users remain responsible for reviewing invoices before sending them to customers.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, All American Paint is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

Termination. This license ends automatically if the App is disconnected from QuickBooks Online or All American Paint stops using it.

Governing law. State of Louisiana.
